La Casa di Campagna is a agritourism in Magione, located in Via Case Sparse 57

The house is a single building, used in part to private housing and partly for the guests, has 4 double bedrooms, 1 room for a family (4 beds) and an apartment for two people with kitchenette that can be put into communication with the adjacent room and form a three-room apartment. All are furnished in art poor, while respecting the materials typical of our territory, wood and wrought iron, with beams and pianelle sight. All accommodations have a private bathroom with shower, heating, refrigerator and TV, at your disposal a laundry. For children will also have camping cot and high chair.
We provide the bedding, bath and kitchen with change once a week.

There are only 3 km. to Lake Trasimeno and 15 km. to Perugia, on the outskirts of Magione , in the countryside and not felt any noise, but the highway and the country are only a few hundred metres. Our guests come to enjoy the silence and peace , for families with children is a real paradise, the property is fenced and children go around free to explore the garden or searching the cat … This is what we want for you during your stay: a charge of energy that accompany you until the next time, we hope, will make us a visit, feeling like to return to visit old friends
You will soon you find you in a very special place; be very close to the major cities of Umbria (Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, Orvieto) and the main Italian cities (Rome, Florence, Urbino, Siena, Pisa) , the expressway is only 5 minutes away , but it seem to be far from noise, traffic and everything you remember the chaos of the city, woken in the morning by the chirping of birds.

Turn right toward Magione and after 1 km.turn left following the signs to CHIUSI, follow the road until the end of the village of Casenuove; at the sign at the end of the village, turn left on the unpaved road , follow up to the sign for the farm.
